Wednesday 7:45pm-9:00pm (9th-12th grade) Sept. through May
A group ever growing and ever changing with the focus of being more like Jesus. We come as we are to serve as the hands and feet, study and hear the word of God and to be who we were created to be in community and as individuals. We have annual events like bigger and better, prayer journey, Nerf events and more. We welcome EVERYONE to our weekly meetings and special events. We say its fun but know its so much more than that!
1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month 7:45-8:30 (6th-8th) Sept-May
A group with the intention to show how much fun we can have all the while learning and serving with other young people. FLYS participate in larger church activities while also having unique experiences that guide them on their Christian journey.
Do you ever wonder where your youth director is when they aren't in the office? The short answer is: weekly connecting with as many FLC youth as possible (and their friends) at all lunches at Bemidji High School; bi-weekly connecting with youth in the Middle School cafeteria; weekly, starting the day with Christian fellowship at Bemidji High School; out serving with the youth at the Food Shelf, soup kitchen, doing ditch pick or other form of service; meeting with youth exploring growing up, moving on or moving up; perhaps you will spot her at your activity-she loves to see what brings you joy and to share in your success! Its a blessing to meet youth literally where they are! Caroline Larson would love to connect with you!
Youth Stock is our yearly, grace-based fundraiser for all of our youth and family activities, scholarships and trips. This is an opportunity for our Church community to come together and support the youth and family ministries of the church. Thank you for giving!
We could not do what we do with out YOU! The board of youth and families is always looking for a few good men and women to join our board, be a small group leader, youth group leader or assist with special events. Your prayers and support are always appreciated. Please contact Caroline Larson to get involved.
